About the role
The Outpatient Physical Therapist at ARMStaffing will evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with the patient’s needs, goals, and physician direction.
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
- Utilize clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals focused on patient progress.
- Document medical records accurately and timely in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Participate in student programs by providing a positive learning environment for students.
- Create individualized professional development plans and pursue professional growth through education and involvement in professional organizations.
- Adhere to state practice acts and regulatory agency guidelines while maintaining professional licensure.
- Engage in performance improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.
- Active CPR certification.
- Active and applicable state licensure for physical therapy.
Qualifications
This position follows a 5x8.0 schedule, providing 8-hour shifts. Assignment duration is 13 weeks.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
