About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a position in Brevard, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in an outpatient clinic setting
- Treatment of a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and sports medicine conditions
- Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in North Carolina
- At least one year of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Skills
- Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and interventions
- Skilled in patient education and discharge planning
- Experience with manual therapy techniques
- Ability to adapt treatment plans based on patient feedback
Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
