Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting December 7, 2026, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Treat an average of 14 patients per day in an outpatient setting
• Work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
• Support a dynamic team environment
• Enhance patient recovery and improve their quality of life

Requirements

• Proof of immunizations
• Background check
• Minimum experience required
• EMR System BLS certification
• Current Physical Therapy license
