About the role
A Travel Physical Therapist is needed in Ironwood, MI. This Physical Therapist assignment is for 13 weeks and the setting is Outpatient.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient care in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Pass required state licensing exam.

Pay
