About the role
A Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist is needed in Lakewood, CO for 13 weeks. The position is for an Outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as part of the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Colorado.
- At least one year of experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).

The pay is $1936 per week, subject to confirmation. A tax-free stipend will also be provided.
Schedule
