Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $1,924 per week

Zack Group is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Charleston, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current state or equivalent compact license.
• Active or pending state license as a Physical Therapy - PT.
• Current BLS certification and/or specialty certifications for Physical Therapy - PT.
• At least 2 years of recent Physical Therapy - PT experience.
• Two current leadership references and one current co-worker reference.
• Pass background/urine drug screening.

Schedule

5x8 days, 06:00:00-14:00:00, 8.00-5.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
