Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Clinic Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP at a partnering skilled nursing facility in Aspen Park, Colorado.

• Current Colorado Physical Therapist License / Certification
• American Heart Association BLS

Physical Therapist Contract Details

• $1,580 - $1,866 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility to extend
• Shifts are usually 8 hours, Monday through Friday
