Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $1,775 per week

About the role

The Outpatient Physical Therapist at ARMStaffing is responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring adherence to physician orders and insurance approvals. This role requires 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and a 13-week duration starting ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Completes comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develops appropriate treatment plans and goals.
• Ensures all care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approval.
• Documents patient care in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner.
• Participates in student program assignments, providing a positive learning environment.
• Actively pursues professional development through continuing education and self-study.
• Adheres to discipline-specific State Practice Acts and maintains professional licensure.
• Demonstrates awareness of organizational performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• CPR certification.
• Active and applicable license for the State where work will be performed.

• This is a 13-week contract position with a 5x8.0 schedule, 12-hour shifts, and 36.0 hours per week.
• The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
• A tax-free stipend amount to be determined is offered.
