Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $1,767 per week

Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a contract position in Georgetown, Kentucky. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
• Valid KY License.
• BLS Certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current licensure in Kentucky.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
