Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $1,760 per week

About the role

The Outpatient Physical Therapist will evaluate all assigned patients, develop, implement, and modify treatment plans, document patient care accurately, participate in student education, and adhere to state practice acts and maintain an active professional licensure.

Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
• Utilize clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals.
• Document patient care accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines.
• Participate in student education programs, providing supervision and development of learning objectives.
• Create an individualized professional development plan and pursue continued education and professional growth.
• Adhere to state practice acts and maintain an active professional licensure in good standing.
• Implement performance improvement methodologies to enhance service quality.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• 6 months to 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid and active state physical therapy license.

Pay & Schedule

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
