Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $1,432 per week

About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Delta, Colorado. The position requires 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and works days.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Current CPR certification

Pay
