Travel Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist - $2,542 per week

Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Spooner, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
• Valid WI License.
• BLS Certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current licensure in Wisconsin.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Pay

Exact pay package may vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to, guaranteed hours, travel distance, demand, experience, etc. The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
