Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist position available in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in Wisconsin.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills
