• Shift hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on a 4x10-hour day schedule, 40 hours per week

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent outpatient (OP) physical therapy experience
• Active Oregon (OR) PT license required at time of consideration
• Experience with general orthopedic, sports injury, and post-surgical cases
• All licenses and certifications must be active; pending credentials are not accepted
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• Copies of certifications are required for consideration

Candidates who have previously worked at this facility may be subject to a tenure policy requiring a 90-day break after two cumulative years of contingent work.
