About the role

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Longview, Washington. The role is open to new graduates and first-time travelers, working in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting within the Therapy unit.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients
• Manage a typical caseload of 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected
• Meet a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week

Requirements

• Active PT license (if applicable)
• Outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• PTA candidates will not be accepted for this position

Schedule

• 8-hour day shift, 5 days per week (40 hours per week expected, with 36 guaranteed)
• Start Date: September 21, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Overtime must be approved by the director before any OT hours are worked
• No floating to other clinics required
