About the role

We are seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Anderson, South Carolina. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Implement interventions in various settings
• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation

Requirements

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• South Carolina Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Current BLS/CPR Certification

Pay

$1,732.26 - $1,785.84 per week

Schedule

• 13-week assignment
• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour day shifts
• On-site in an outpatient setting
