Travel Outpatient Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,655 per week

Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, in Richmond, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to improve their quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in Virginia.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience in outpatient settings preferred.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 12 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
