Travel Outpatient Occupational Therapist - Lymphedema - $2,916 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a position in Fayetteville, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• HARD STOP: Lymphedema Certification is required and must be in hand at the time of submission.
• Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience.
• First-time travelers accepted.
• Georgia OT License (pending license accepted at submission).
• NBCOT required (may be screened after submission).
