Travel Outpatient Occupational Therapist - $3,025 per week

Noor Inc. is seeking a travel Outpatient Occupational Therapist in San Francisco, California. Start date: 09/08/2026, duration: 26 weeks, 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts.

About the role

• See approximately 12 patients per day across adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• May float to Mission Bay, Mount Zion, or Bayfront facilities as needed
• Treat diagnoses including post-op orthopedic aftercare, acute fractures of the hand, wrist, and elbow, mallet finger, flexor and extensor tendon injuries, brachial plexus injury, peripheral nerve injuries, CMC arthritis, cubital/carpal/radial tunnel syndrome, and degloving injuries
• Perform custom orthoses fabrication for post-op hand and upper extremity conditions and acute fractures
• Implement post-op protocols for orthoses, protection, and therapeutic exercise programs
• Provide manual therapy and orthotics training and management
• Utilize modalities including ultrasound, TENS, biofeedback, paraffin bath, and electrical stimulation
• Perform skills including adaptive equipment assessment, edema massage, kinesiotaping, myofascial release, splinting, dynamic and static splints
• Use Epic for charting

Requirements

• California OT License
• AHA BLS certification
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Teaching hospital experience required
• Hand clinic and adult outpatient experience preferred
• MS/MA degree preferred
• CHT (Certified Hand Therapist) or AOTA Hand/Upper Extremity Certification preferred
• 2 references from most recent employer required at time of submittal

Pay

Estimated gross weekly pay: $3,024.80 based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week.
