About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Long Term Acute Care Clinic in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in long-term acute care preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Knowledge of long-term acute care protocols

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
Schedule
Shift: 8 hours, days
