A travel Outpatient Physical Therapist position is available in Monument, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Assess patients' physical condition and develop treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and medical guidelines.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Colorado.
• At least one year of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in computer software, including electronic health records systems.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Days schedule, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift.
