Travel nurse RN Clinic position in Norfolk, Virginia. Specialty: Clinic. Discipline: RN. Duration: 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, 10‑hour day shifts. Start date: ASAP. Facility located in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk area, known as “America’s first region,” offering beaches, wildlife refuges, nightlife, dining, and a strong medical presence.

Responsibilities

• Provides developmentally appropriate psychosocial and clinical care.
• Plans, provides, and monitors specific patient needs following established policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Participates in ongoing quality assurance, maintains regulatory requirements, and assists in establishing and updating applicable policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current Virginia state RN license or valid Compact State license.
• Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice (accredited School of Nursing).
• BSN, MSN, or NP preferred.
• 3–5 years’ progressive clinical experience in the related specialty preferred.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• CPR training required (or must be obtained within 45 days of hire).
• Ability to work in a patient care environment with minimal exposure to hazards; exposure to communicable diseases and moderately adverse working conditions expected.

Pay

Pay rate: $1,892.00 – $1,989.00 per week (based on 10‑hour shifts, 40 hours per week); tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
