About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Hematology / Oncology for a 16-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Sidney, Montana.
Responsibilities
- Treatment of patients with hematological and oncological conditions
- Collaboration with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Documentation of patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
- Assessment and monitoring of patient health status
- Administration of medications and treatments as prescribed
- Education of patients and families about their condition and treatment options
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Montana
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in hematology/oncology preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Knowledge of hematology and oncology principles
- Proficiency in medical terminology and pharmacology
