Home skilled visits - 6-8 per day (MINIMUM of 6 points per day at managers discretion may increase by 1 point) 1-2 Weekends per contract Other requirements: 1 year experience required Must have valid drivers license and car to make home visits. Must be COVID vaccinated or with exemption form on file. Must have flu shot or declination and in both cases mandatory mask wearing at all times while at work.
