Travel Orthopedic Surgery RN - $1,922 per week

About the role

Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN Orthopedics for a 12-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, at a facility in Gallatin, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to orthopedic patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Assist with surgical procedures as directed by the surgeon.
• Monitor patient recovery and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• 2 years of recent experience in Orthopedics.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid license and/or certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic care.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
