About the role
Access Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Orthopedics for a 13-week assignment in Evansville, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Work in a 24-bed unit with RN ratios up to 6 patients per RN.
- Treatment of postoperative adult patients recovering from Orthopedic, Total Joint Replacement, Podiatry, and Spine surgeries.
- Assist with patient care and recovery needs based on surgery performed and discharge requirements.
Requirements
- Previous post orthopedic surgery nursing experience preferred.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS required).
Pay & Benefits
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), offering a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
