Travel Orthopedic Registered Nurse - $2,196 per week

About the role

A hospital in Southern Wisconsin is in need of Med-Surg RN's to work an 8 week travel assignment. The nurses will be working 12 hour nights.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with medical orders and established policies and procedures.
• Assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans based on assessment findings.
• Monitor patients’ responses to treatment and report significant changes in condition to physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Experience in orthopedic nursing preferred.

Qualifications

• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills.
