ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Orthopedics for a position in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Specialty: Orthopedics. Discipline: RN. Start date: October 12, 2026. Duration: 20 weeks (approximately until February 27, 2027). Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts. Employment type: Travel. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with orthopedic work experience for a fast‑paced unit handling orthopedic, neuro spine, and post‑surgical patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effective pain management and high‑level patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to orthopedic and neuro spine patients.
• Monitor and manage patients’ pain levels and recovery.
• Conduct IV starts and telemetry monitoring.
• Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Be prepared to float to other medical‑surgical units as needed based on staffing requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of orthopedic nursing experience.
• Active RN license (NC or Compact license accepted).
• BCLS and NIHSS certifications required; ACLS preferred.
• Telemetry and IV start experience required.

Schedule

• 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts
