About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13-week assignment starting August 6, 2026, in Charleston, West Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry unit
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum of one year of recent relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Current BLS certification

Pay
