Travel OR RN Scrub/Circulator - $2,585 per week

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR Scrub RN for a travel nursing job in Charleston, West Virginia. The position is for an Operating Room Registered Nurse with a strong background in ophthalmology, able to scrub and circulate various ambulatory surgery procedures, focusing on cataract and corneal surgeries. Start date ASAP, 13-week contract, 40 hours per week, day shift, travel employment type.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and management of the operating room.
• Scrub and circulate a variety of surgical cases, focusing on ophthalmological procedures including cataract and corneal surgeries.
• Provide high-quality patient care during surgical procedures.
• Participate in call rotation, responding within a 30-minute timeframe for weekday and weekend shifts.
• Potentially float to other surgical departments as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Operating Room Nurse.
• Experience in ophthalmology, specifically able to perform cataract and corneal procedures independently.
• Current BLS certification (AHA).

Schedule

Day shift position, Monday to Friday. Scheduled 8-hour shifts from 6:45 AM until 3:15 PM, with potential late extensions as needed to complete cases.
