Travel OR RN - Orthopedics/Spine - $2,506 per week

About the Role

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an Operating Room (OR) assignment in Davenport, Iowa. This 13-week assignment begins on August 24, 2026, with a schedule of 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing duties in the Operating Room, with a focus on orthopedic and spine procedures.

Requirements

• Active RN license and certificate verification (required for submission and onboarding).
• Completion of the following onboarding requirements:
  • Fit Test
  • Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen
  • Health screenings and vaccinations: COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA.
  • Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing, Skills Checklist, and Joint Commission Testing.
  • Submission of professional forms, including but not limited to:
    • Trinity Code of Conduct Form
    • I9
    • Confidentiality of Patient & Party Information & System Security Agreement
    • Integrity and Audit Services Form
    • Non-Employee Upload Form
    • Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
    • Criminal Background Check
    • Education Verification
    • EPLS, GSA/OIG, NSO
    • System Access Form
    • Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training
    • IA Sing Report
    • OFAC
  • Trinity Profile (required for submission).
  • Trinity Physical/Health Statement (required for onboarding).
  • Trinity PowerPoint Genesis (required for onboarding).
  • Influenza Vaccine (optional for onboarding).

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during the assignment.
