This position generally requires 10-hour days from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM. Weekend and weekday call duties may be required.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract position. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring patient status.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Document patient care and progress in compliance with organizational standards.
- Participate in patient education and advocacy to promote health and wellness.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current RN license in the state.
- Completion of required health screenings and vaccinations, including MMR, Hepatitis B, and TB Test.
- Verification of state licensure and professional references.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
