Responsibilities
- Circulate and assist in a variety of surgical procedures including robotics, general surgery, gynecology, and urology.
- Ensure sterile technique and patient safety throughout surgical cases.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical techs to provide seamless care.
- Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-operatively with strong critical thinking skills.
- Participate in on-call responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Active RN License – Arizona (or compact)
- BLS certification required
- Experience needed: Robotics, General Surgery, GYN, Urology
- Strong knowledge of OR protocols and patient safety standards
