About the Role
We're hiring an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse for a high-acuity Level I Trauma Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey. This is a 13-week travel nursing contract with evening shifts (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM), 5x8s, and 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- 3+ years of OR RN experience
- Active NJ or Compact RN License
- BLS required (CNOR preferred)
- Scrub & circulate experience highly preferred
- Previous travel experience preferred
Surgical Experience Needed
- Orthopedic Trauma & Spine
- Neuro/Craniotomy
- Robotic Surgery (Xi, SP, Da Vinci)
- General Surgery
- Bariatric Surgery
- Gynecology (benign & oncology)
- Open and laparoscopic procedures
- Strong trauma experience
