• Certifications: ACLS (Copy needed); BLS (Copy needed)
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
• References: 2 References in the last 12 months

Pay

Pay Rate: $2811.00 - $2955.00 per week, based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
