About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment starting on August 16, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
- Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care
- Ensure sterile technique and maintain aseptic conditions
- Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- Experience in operating room setting preferred
- Knowledge of surgical techniques and patient care protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Completion of an approved operating room course
- Passing scores on relevant certifications (if required)

Pay
The pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
