Responsibilities

• Provide preoperative nursing care in the surgical center setting.
• Assist with procedures including same-day and overnight stays.
• Collaborate with surgical teams, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation and EMR entries.
• Participate in on-call rotations and weekend shifts as required.

Requirements

• BLS certification.

Skills

• Surgical care knowledge.
• Robotics experience.
• IV skills.
• Scrubbing required.
• Preoperative care experience.
• Experience with Sunrise EMR (EPIC go‑live April 1).
• Ability to work day shifts including weekends and call.
