Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room setting
• Circulate and scrub as needed during surgical procedures
• Maintain sterile technique throughout surgical operations
• Communicate effectively with surgical teams and multidisciplinary staff
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and collaborate with colleagues

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active Massachusetts RN license
• At least 1 year of recent operating room experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• 1 reference in entire work history

Preferred & Recommended Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification may be preferred
• Experience with electronic medical record systems is recommended
• Strong circulating and scrubbing abilities
• Attention to sterile technique

Shift & Schedule

• Start Date: September 21, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour shifts, days and evenings

Pay

Pay Rate: $2598.00 – $2731.00 per week (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with tax-free stipend amount to be determined)
