About the role

We are seeking a qualified Surgical Scrub Tech with a focus on ortho trauma, spine, and neuro surgeries. The ideal candidate will have more than 3 years of experience and will be required to scrub and circulate in the operating room. Candidates should have skills in robotic surgery, bariatrics, and laparoscopic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate in Main OR for various surgical specialties
• Assist in ortho trauma and spine, neuro surgeries including craniotomies
• Participate in robotic surgery procedures (Xi, SP, DaVinci)
• Handle bariatric surgeries such as gastric sleeves and bypasses
• Manage laparoscopic and open abdominal surgeries
• Provide support in a Level 1 Trauma Center environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of surgical scrub experience required
• Certifications in BLS; CNOR preferred
• Active NJ or Compact license required at the time of submission
• Travel experience preferred

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30)
