Required Experience and Skills

• Epic Experience: Required within the last 12 months and must be detailed on the submission profile.
• Travel Experience: Required.
• 1 Year Experience: Circulator experience is required; PACU experience is preferred.
• Charting System Experience: Required with Allscripts.
• Technical and Procedure Skills: Proficiency in various surgical procedures such as Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Arthroscopy, Cholecystectomy, Colonoscopy, and more. Experience with robotic systems and specific surgical procedures like Da Vinci Xi Surgical System and Mako Surgical System.
• General Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience is required unless otherwise specified.
  • Must pass the Epic competency exam; failure results in cancellation. (Epic competency exam pass – only one attempt allowed)
  • Candidates should possess all necessary certifications listed by submission time.
  • Two supervisory references required by submission time.

Licensure and Certifications

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support – preferred)
