Travel OR RN - $2,551 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an Operating Room assignment in Lawton, Oklahoma.

About the role

This 13-week travel assignment starts on August 24, 2026, with a schedule of 36 hours per week on 12-hour evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the operating room and other perioperative areas for all patient populations.
• Act as a patient advocate and meet surgical standards of nursing practice.
• Maintain skills in setting priorities, organizing workload, handling changes in assignment, and integrating multiple tasks with multilevel personnel.
• Develop and implement total nursing care through assessment, nursing diagnosis, and patient care plans.
• Provide leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing and patient team personnel to maintain professional nursing standards.
• Participate in and implement age-specific care and interaction.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team in patient/family assessment.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments and reassessments as per policy for pediatric, geriatric, and general patient populations.
• Adequately assess and reassess pain, utilizing appropriate pain management techniques.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Registered Nurse Program with a current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience (strictly enforced).

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN degree.

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during the assignment.
