About the Role

ARMStaffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to work in the Operating Room for a 13-week travel nursing contract in Abington, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in scrubbing various surgical specialties, including total joints, neuro, hybrid vascular, and robotic surgeries. Day shift, 3x12-hour schedule (07:00 - 19:30).

Responsibilities

• Scrub for and assist in various surgical procedures across multiple specialties.
• Provide exceptional patient care before, during, and after surgical operations.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure seamless procedural flow and effectiveness.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure safety standards are met.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent OR nursing experience, with trauma experience required.
• BSN degree required.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Must be able to scrub general, gyn, GU, ortho, neuro, vascular, and robotic surgery cases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred experience in ortho, urology, endo, vascular, thoracic, neuro & neuro spine, bariatrics, plastics, ENT, podiatry, and transplant.
