About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Operating Room Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care to patients during surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical process, as well as educating patients on the outcomes and potential risks associated with their procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Ensure a sterile environment is maintained in the operating room.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to any changes during surgery.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to deliver optimal patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an Operating Room setting (Required).
• Cardiovascular Operating Room experience preferred.
• Current and active state license as a Registered Nurse in Oklahoma.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and other relevant certifications is required.
• Desirable work history in a similar role.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Monday to Friday: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM. On-call requirements with a 36‑hour guarantee; 1‑2 weekend days of call per 13‑week period.
