About the role
Aequor Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Ottumwa, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide care in the operating room setting
- Assist with surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
- Manage patient flow and ensure smooth operation of the OR
- Perform other duties as assigned by the OR team
Requirements
- At least two proven years experience as an RN
- Current license to practice as an RN in Iowa
- Current BLS certification
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control
