About the role
This is a 13-week travel contract position for a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room. The assignment requires 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift, Monday through Friday, 06:30-15:00, with on-call requirements during weekdays and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.
- Assist surgeons during surgical procedures.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed.
- Maintain a sterile and safe environment in the operating room.
- Participate in call duties as required.
- Float to the main OR as necessary.
Requirements
- Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
- ACLS and BLS certification.
- 1-2 years of nursing experience in a surgical environment preferred.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Contract and local rates may vary based on location and applicant residency.
