• Registered Nurse, OR
• Certifications: ACLS (copy needed); BLS (copy needed)
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• References: 1 Reference in entire work history
• License in hand
• 3-5 year of Level I or large Level II experience required
• NH Med Tech required upon Offer for CST
