Travel OR RN - $2,427 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an Operating Room assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana.

About the Role

This 13-week travel assignment starts on August 10, 2026, with a 36-hour workweek on 12-hour night shifts. The position involves working weekends (Saturday and Sunday) plus one rotating weekday, with a requirement to work two out of three major holidays. Floating and call shifts are part of the schedule.

Responsibilities

• Circulate in the operating room (scrub experience preferred)
• Perform a wide range of surgical procedures, including but not limited to:
  • Abdominal/Vaginal hysterectomy
  • Arthroscopy
  • Craniotomy
• Operate specialized equipment such as the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System (preferred)
• Handle trauma cases (Trauma Level I experience required)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an OR RN
• Trauma Level I experience (required)
• Current IN-state nursing license (must be in hand prior to start date; temporary licenses may be obtainable)
• Certifications:
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) – required
  • ACLS and PALS – noted (confirmation of requirement may be needed)
• Well-rounded experience in most OR areas except CV & Transplant

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during the assignment.
