Travel OR RN - $2,362 per week

About the role

Malone Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Operating Room (OR) in Lone Tree, Colorado. This is a 13-week travel assignment with 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift.

Unit Details

• Number of Staff: 40
• Day Shift Staffing:
  • 1 PACU charge
  • 1 OR charge
  • PACU RNs
  • OR RNs
  • Surgical Techs
  • SPD Tech
  • Rad Tech
• Night Shift: None
• Patient Ratios: 1:1 in OR, 2:1 in PACU
• EMR: Paper, SIS
• Floating Requirement: Will be required to float to all surgery centers on an as-needed basis

Responsibilities

• Perform typical OR procedures, including:
  • Ortho sports med
  • General surgery
  • ENT
  • Pediatrics
  • GYN
  • Podiatry
  • Plastic surgery
  • Urology

Requirements

Must have: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care OR RN experience
• BLS & ACLS certifications

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred or nice to have: Candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Experience circulating a variety of service lines in a fast-paced environment
• PEDS experience
