About the role
The Operating Room Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality nursing care in an operating room setting with a focus on surgical procedures across multiple specialties. The nurse will work in a team-oriented environment while ensuring that optimal patient outcomes are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Circulate and scrub for various surgical cases including general surgery, ENT, orthopedic, and trauma.
- Aid in the preparation of the operating room, including the setup of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Provide preoperative and postoperative care to patients.
- Maintain vigilance over patients' vital signs and overall condition during procedures.
- Participate in a call rotation that includes weekdays and weekends.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in an operating room setting is required.
- Current RN license and CPR certifications (BLS, ACLS).
- PALS certification is preferred.
- Experience with robotic surgery (Davinci, Rosa) is a plus.
- Must have experience with all specialties for evening and night shifts.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 7:30 PM, with weekday and weekend call rotation and holiday call rotation as needed.
