About the role
The Registered Nurse will provide care for patients undergoing GI/endoscopic procedures. The role includes assisting with various procedures and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Assist in GI and endoscopic procedures, supporting both patients and physicians.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals before, during, and after procedures.
- Administer medications and provide appropriate post-operative care.
- Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse experience required.
- Active RN license in North Carolina.
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
- Experience with EPIC charting system is mandatory.
- Preferred experience in ambulatory OR settings.

Schedule
Day shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
